 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

- All products: 1 carton MOQ. Quantity per carton varies by product.

- You can mix all available scents/colors within one carton

- No large commitment required — start small and scale as your business grows

 Shipping & Delivery

In-Stock Orders

- Ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your US address

- Zero customs fees, zero hidden charges — you just receive the goods

- Estimated delivery: 15-20 business days after shipment

Custom/OEM Orders

- Production lead time: 30-60 days depending on complexity

- Sample lead time: 7-15 days

- Shipping terms negotiable (DDP, FOB, CIF, etc.)

 Payment Terms

- All in-stock orders: 100% payment before shipment, regardless of order quantity

- Custom/OEM orders: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment

- Accepted payment methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal

- Currency: USD

Quality Guarantee

- All products meet international safety standards (CE, CPC, MSDS)

- If you receive defective products, we offer replacement or refund based on the defect rate

- Quality issue claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods with photo evidence

 Return & Refund Policy

- Defective products: Replacement or refund at our cost. Photo evidence required.

- Custom/OEM products: No returns accepted unless product does not match agreed specifications.

 Sample Policy

- Samples are available for all in-stock products

- Sample product is free; buyer covers express shipping cost

- In-stock samples ship within 3 business days

 Packaging & Labeling

- Retail-ready packaging: each piece individually wrapped

- Master carton size varies by product. Contact us for details.

- Custom packaging, private label, and logo printing available for OEM orders

- CPSIA tracking label included on every product

 Privacy & Data Protection
