Our sales team confirms product details based on customer needs and provides competitive quotations. Upon mutual agreement, a purchase contract is signed, and a 30% deposit is paid to start production. Orders go through manufacturing and rigorous quality inspections. After acceptance, products are packaged for shipment. The 70% balance is to be settled after container loading at the loading port. Our after‑sales team tracks the shipment and gives timely feedback throughout transportation, ensuring goods arrive at the destination on schedule.

Our production management system ensures seamless order tracking, strict adherence to lead times,
and rigorous first-article inspection (FAI) before mass production starts.
The inspector strictly inspects and confirms the first product produced, and the workshop can proceed with production based on the confirmed first product. During the production process, employees should strengthen self inspection and QC sampling by comparing the first confirmed piece from time to time. After production, packaging should be carried out according to regulations and batch cards should be added. Analyze the causes of actual problems during the production process, find solutions, and take corresponding corrective and preventive measures.
