Then, the production arranges the order, goes through a series of processing processes and quality inspections, and after acceptance, it can be packaged and shipped. During transportation, the after-sales specialist tracks and provides feedback on relevant issues. Finally, the product will successfully arrive at the destination within the delivery deadline.

PMC formulates a detailed production task list based on weekly plans according to production orders and other special circumstances. Distribute this form to various relevant departments and workshops, and the production workshop will promptly adjust the corresponding production equipment, fixtures, and measuring equipment. If necessary, provide skill training to relevant personnel. The workshop material requisition personnel go to the warehouse or pre process to collect materials that are allowed to be produced, and produce the first product according to the requirements of the production task list.
The inspector strictly inspects and confirms the first product produced, and the workshop can proceed with production based on the confirmed first product. During the production process, employees should strengthen self inspection and QC sampling by comparing the first confirmed piece from time to time. After production, packaging should be carried out according to regulations and batch cards should be added. Analyze the causes of actual problems during the production process, find solutions, and take corresponding corrective and preventive measures.
