1. Design and mold making:

2. Mold pretreatment:

3. Raw material preparation:

4. Pouring and molding:

5. Demolding and trimming:

 After the figurine is molded and cooled in the mold, take the figurine out of the mold, and then trim the edges of the figurine to remove excess scraps and burrs to make the appearance of the figurine more neat and smooth.

6. Surface treatment:

 Perform surface treatment on the figurine as needed, such as spraying paint, printing logos, etc., to increase the aesthetics and recognition of the figurine.

7. Quality inspection:

 Perform quality inspection on the produced figurines, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, elasticity test, etc., to ensure that the figurines meet quality standards.

8. Packaging and warehousing:

 Package the inspected qualified figurines. Select appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods according to the shape and size of the figurine. Then, store the packaged figurines in a warehouse for transportation and sales.
