I. Raw material preparation

 1. Main raw materials: Select polymer (such as polyvinyl alcohol, etc.), filler (such as starch, talcum powder, etc.), softener, lubricant, pigment and other raw materials. Ensure the quality of raw materials is stable and meets relevant standards.

II. Mixing and stirring

1. High-speed mixer: Put polymer, filler, softener, lubricant and other raw materials into the high-speed mixer in a certain proportion. The mixer stirs at a higher speed to fully and evenly mix various raw materials. Heating can be carried out according to needs during the stirring process to promote the fusion of raw materials.

2. Adding pigment and additives: During the stirring process, add an appropriate amount of pigment gradually to make the colored clay present the desired color.

III. Extrusion molding

 1. Extruder: Transport the well-mixed colored clay to the extruder. The extruder extrudes the colored clay into specific shapes such as long strips and spheres through the rotation and extrusion of the screw.

IV. Stretching treatment

 1. Stretching equipment: Put the extruded colored clay into the stretching equipment. The stretching equipment makes the colored clay have good stretchability and drawing effect through mechanical stretching. The stretching force and speed need to be adjusted according to the nature of the colored clay to ensure the best drawing effect. IV. Cutting process

Cut the continuous mud strip after extrusion molding into a certain length for packaging and sales. For snow mud, it may also need to be cut into specific shapes, such as small blocks.

V. Quality inspection

 1. Physical property testing equipment: Conduct physical property tests on Stretchable clay 、foam clay、snow foam......, including tests of indicators such as hardness, tensile strength, and viscosity. Use equipment such as hardness testers and tensile testing machines to ensure that the quality of colored clay meets the standards.

2. Safety inspection equipment: Conduct safety inspections to detect whether there are harmful substances such as heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Ensure that the product is safe and harmless to users.

VI. Packaging and warehousing

 1. Packaging machine: Transport the qualified Stretchable clay 、snow mud to the packaging machine for automatic packaging. The packaging machine can perform quantitative packaging according to product specifications and perform sealing treatment.

2. Warehousing: Store the packaged stretchable colored clay products in the warehouse and classify and store them according to different specifications and colors for easy management and sales.
